I don’t agree with you on this one. If a meeting is called, its usually important to listen and focus on the meeting. Painting your nails is for a time you are not being paid for your time imo. If they are paying, you do what they want you to do. That being said, interacting with clients, they often do like you to act natural but there are rules, like you dont talk politics or religion, etc..
