Ingredients1 c Water1 tb Vegetable oil2 tb Honey1 ts Salt1 tb Caraway seeds1 c Rye flour1 3/4 c Bread flour3 tb Dry milk;nonfat1 tb Yeast;active dry4 tb GlutenUse the standard or white bread mode of your bread machine. I have a one-pound bread machine (MK Seiko Mr. Loaf ) and this recipe produces a high, lighter texture bread without growing beyond the capacity of the bread case (bread pan). Makes great Sandwiches and is delicious toasted.
