No I think if I understand what you mean you want a phone that you just buy minutes for. Virgin mobile would be my 1st choice for a lot of reasons. Then there are others as well that sell minutes or just texting or online time. Depends on what yu want. Go to Wallyword(Walmart). They sell them with a 30 day refund if you dont like it for any reason. T-Mobile offers a flex pay plan. It give you the same plans that are available with a contract, the only difference being that you pay your bill before the start of the billing cycle rather than at the end of the billing cycle, as you do with a contract. Virgin Mobile also offers plans similar to other contract companies without the contract.
