Get a large pot with a good fitting lid that is big enough tohold a bowl. Place a small amount of water in the base of the pot.Put in the bowl full of the brocoli (make sure the water is not upto the level of the edge of the bowl). Put the pot on to a GENTLEheat with the lid on. The water round the bowl will boil and thesteam produced will cook the broccoli.Alternatively microwave the broccoli for 7 mins. in a containercovered in plastic wrap. The container should have 2 tablespoons ofwater added to it and a single hole pierced in the wrap.
