The torrid zone is located between the tropic of cancer 23.5 degrees north and the tropic of Capricorn 23.5 degrees south. it is said that these zones are called the rainforest zones. Some refer to these as the tropics. because of the location of the zone. The torrid zone covers 38.79 percent of the earth.  In India, if you live in the southern Asia area, you'll be living in the torrid or tropic zone. The northern part of India lies in the temperature zone and the southern part of India lies in the torrid zone. In India more than have the country lies in the northern regions and not in the torrid zone.
