I have small ones, so are uterine fibroids common in your early 50's?

1 Answer

Answer :

Uterine fibroids are not common after menopause. However they're common in women in their 40s or early 50s, and in some women older than 35. It is said that uterine fibroids affect nearly 25% of all women around those ages. Although, they're usually not dangerous and sometimes they can be easily treated. So, if you have some fibroids, I would advise you to go to your doctor, even if they're small.
