I would advice you to like your self, but the safest method is by exercise such as squatting. The dangerous option is the injection of silicone which I won't advice anyone to embark on that path because silicone is a foreign substance in the body, and can lead to so many health implication including death. Another method is through plastic surgery, which also I am not a fan of, so to me the safest way is always the surest way.
