There have been many reported PayPal fraud, we strongly suggest users to deal with buyers in person and insist on cash transactions. One sure sign of fraud/scam is that the the buyer offers to pay more than asking price through PayPal and asks you to send the differences via other type of payment. You can always contact PayPal to verify the buyer and the transaction. Do not click on any links in the email sent by the buyer. Go to PayPal web site by typing in paypal.com in your web broswer.
