Hello. I need to slim down a bit and shape my belly and hips. Do you think that if I buy a "Vibrating Belt", what do they claim everywhere that it will not be wasted money? Or is it better to run and exercise overall and not rely on these devices?

1 Answer

Answer :

Hello, I don't know if the belt will do what you expect from it. We had it at home, we bought it when the tools from the gym were on sale. Well, honestly, it always shook me somehow and I had to go for a big one. Very relaxed. clinging to it like a miracle that will shape your figure and you will just stand ..... well that's just an advertising move.
