As usual, I lent my best friend money. It was 50,000 CZK. But to be sure, I had the money transfer signed. Of course, after the loan, my friend doesn't pick up my phones. What a little boy. But I already need 50,000. How do I solve this? Should I take the proof of the loan to the police or to the court? Advise on how to proceed. I've never dealt with anything like this before. Talking to him is out of the question, I've been trying for half a year.

It depends on what he signed for you. It is necessary to have a date by which it should return. If it's there, send a letter - a call for debts and a threat of foreclosure. If he doesn't pay, you have to go to court to issue a payment order, so you can go to the executor.
