We place the seedlings, for example, in yogurt cups with a drainage hole in the bottom. We plant seedlings outside foil fields or greenhouses only when there is no danger of ground frosts. We plant them on the south side to fences or other supports (wire, net, etc.), on which the plants can climb. Plants are demanding nutrients and watering. Without enough water and nutrition, they will not bear fruit well. From spring sowing, the plants bear fruit abundant in late August or September.
