Android application - read photo QR code

Does anyone please use an android application that could decode the QR code (or generally any barcode) from the image? The thing is, there are a lot of applications that can capture the code with a camera, but so far I haven't come across one that can load existing photos.

Somehow I don't understand. Decode a QR code can do what. I use a QR reader from Seznam. .... but so far I haven't come across one that can be used to upload existing photos .... how to upload? you can read the code with almost anything, and if you want a photo of the code, take it. If you read the code with a reader, it can be decoded and displayed. and can be done with a generator.
