I bought el. fireplace, unfortunately the lining was only in beige. I'd like to paint it white. Can the color crack later?

Answer :

You can, but you have to use a color that can withstand high temperatures. Even with the use of such a color, you have to reckon with the fact that the surface will not be as nice as from the factory. In the first phase, I would make sure that the paint on the lining is not enamel, in which case I would not repaint.
