Hi, I think I'm suffering from self-harming.

I think I'm suffering from self-harm. I close in peace in a room, take a circle and carve some pictures in my body, mostly in the area around the ankle and wrist. Is it self-harm? I take the file as such a reaction that I will engrave a heart or a crisis on my wrist. Anyway, what should I do with it?
