My father has not driven for 15 years. Do you think there will be a course for similar drivers at the driving school? That he will pay for such a repetition?

Driving may not be forgotten, but surely my father, if he doesn't feel well, would be helped by a practice ride at a driving school and also to restore the rules that have changed over the course of 15 years.
