I'm sorry to throw away the metal ones and buy the modern silicone molds in the oven. Does it really bake in those silicones?

Answer :

The silicones are better tilted and do not need to be erased. I have you and you. When I bake in a cottage where there is still an old oven, I use metal ones. They conduct heat better and are made like an old oven.
