After the recent power outages during the snow disaster, my garage door, resp. The Marantec Comfort 220.2 operator "forgot" the setting of the end positions and pushes the door to the end of the rails and pushes against the floor until it switches and moves back approx. 10 cm. I followed the manual how the positions are set, but when the programming process starts, after setting the OPEN position, after pressing P, it does not switch to the CLOSE setting, but returns to the normal state. Disconnecting from the power supply for a long time did not help, trying to set advanced settings in the OPEN and CLOSE intensity MENU has no effect on the function. Does anyone have a similar experience? Setting limits is common to multiple models of Marantec drives, so maybe someone has encountered it. Thank you.
