Jake car to buy up to 60 000, -?

I am 23 years old and I want to buy a car. My budget is up to 60,000. I will ride alone, sometimes with one person, almost 30 km a day. So I don't need a place, it's about appearance and reliability. I don't want damage. Thanks for the advice!
