Wix, wordpress or blogspot?

Hello I want to ask, I do not know which site to choose to start a blog. I'm a beginner so there's no coding for me at all. But I still know that a nice website can be made. I found some sites. wix, blogspot or wordpress, but I can't decide. I would like the blog to know when I hover the mouse over the food section to display the menu breakfast lunch dinner desserts, etc. Just such a table. I would like the website to give me as much visibility as possible, even if it won't be right away. Thanks
