Corrupted internal memory? Can anyone advise?

After turning on the phone, I get a warning that the internal storage is damaged and is not available now. Unfortunately, I will not get further. I have two options, restart the phone or restore the factory data. Restarting a few times doesn't help. And I can't recover the commodity data. Is it possible to start the phone or to throw it straight out the window? :)) Thank you for the advice .. :)
