Hello, I would like to ask for about a year I am constantly rumbling in my gut. I remember having angina and taking some antibiotics and at that time my problems started. I have no other problems such as diarrhea, constipation, vomiting, abdominal pain, etc. I am after a complete gastro and the result is that I am healthy, they did not find me anything. The worst thing is in the morning I wake up and immediately it growls in my stomach. I go to the toilet, I get hired and I'm still squirming there anyway. I've tried espumisan, probiotics ... and started buying fiber, but I don't see any improvement after a month of use. I also don't experience any stressful situations, so I can rule out stress. Thank you for the advice.
