Hello. My employer is sending me on a business trip abroad during the 2018 presidential election to places where he is not within reach of the Czech embassy. Does he have the right to defend himself?

1 Answer

Answer :

There is nothing to defend against. Choices may be stolen from employers. The business trip was known in advance, there was certainly plenty of time to get a voting card. I do not understand that it is not within the reach of the council. If it is not in a given country, it is certainly in the next or in another. If even this is not the case, you can fly to Prague. Whoever really wants to vote will find a way.
