Hello, I have a question about working hours. Today I was supposed to have a shift from 10.00 to 17.00 according to the schedule of services, but at 7 o'clock in the morning I received an SMS message from my employer that I should arrive at the shift from 12-19: 00. The problem is that I had a weekend planned with my daughter and friend, and at half past five we were supposed to leave for an arranged stay by the water and fishing. I had to cancel this because the reception at the pension are only until 19:00 then they no longer stay, and start the changed shift. Is the employer entitled to this? Thank you for answer.

Last Answer : Supervisors are human too. I would certainly not look fondly at the situation. On the other hand, if my office manager would run around yapping like that about individual employees I'd certainly take her ... always discretionary. Whilst I personally wouldn't kick up a fuss, I can see how some would.

Last Answer : There is nothing to defend against. Choices may be stolen from employers. The business trip was known in advance, there was certainly plenty of time to get a voting card. I do not understand that it is not within ... case, you can fly to Prague. Whoever really wants to vote will find a way.
