Hello, I won a dispute over the apartment, the opponents were obliged to vacate the apartment and hand over the vacated one to me, during the proceedings it was privatized and transferred to the cooperative, then the opponents bought it. The court resolved the dispute by saying that the purchase agreement is relatively invalid and can be settled by pre-emption, so I would like to ask if money can be deposited with a notary before the purchase agreement and cadastral transfer, according to the statement, the opponents are not solvent and ask for the damage they have to pay me from the above forgive the court, thank you
