Yes. Charges I didn’t make and double-charges by a company that didn’t respond. In each case, my bank, credit card company, or credit union did an investigation and reversed the charges. In one case, they had me change my bank card number. I also get nearly daily scam attempts by phone and email (I even have some Contacts programmed in that don’t ring my phone and just displays “Scumbag Fake Scam Dorks” when they call), but I rarely report them because the times I have don’t seem to lead to much action. Oh and I’ll throw in Hertz Europe and the traffic system in Ravenna, Italy charging me for violating a parking zone that I am pretty certain I didn’t really park in, though that’s institutional abuse and/or incompetence of automated systems rather than overt fraud. In that case I went to a lawyer and the recommended course was to deny the charge to my credit card, but I didn’t do it.
