I haven't had a job in a year and haven't been paying for TB in a while. In this case, am I entitled to free medical care or do I have to pay for it?

Yes, in this case you have to pay for health care. Or you pay yourself TB for around $ 6,000 a month. Or the municipality can take over the cost for you, you have to register with the employment office.
