I hope it will be good ... :) Preparation: Put the yeast in the milk with a teaspoon of sugar. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the soft butter, sour cream, puffed yeast, a little salt and work well together, that is, knead into a smooth dough. Set aside and cover it. Meanwhile, we make the fillings, mixing them with the ingredients, making sure that both the walnut and the poppy seed filling have the right hardness (softness). When our dough has risen, we cover it on a floured board and divide it into four loaves. We stretch the loafes into a rectangle one by one, spread the filling, leave the two shorter edges blank, fold it up and roll it up. The fold edges should preferably be at the bottom of the dough. Place the sticks in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, smear the surface with eggs, and then leaven them again. Grease the egg again, prick it with a fork and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake until brownish-red, sliced to a thickness of a finger. It can be icing sugar, but it can also be omitted!
