Hi! I downloaded a small program that I want to install, but I get an "not win32 application" error message and it doesn't install. What to do then?

The problem is simple. You are definitely running a 64-bit operating system and want to install a 32-bit program. The solution is to download the 64-bit version of the program and you will be able to install it without any problems.
