When cooled, add the 5 eggs one at a time, all mixed well. Then, walnut-sized balls are formed on the greased baking sheet, which are allowed to rest for 3-4 hours before baking. Bake the balls in a medium warm oven for 10 minutes, but it is important not to open the oven while baking. When done, cut the bottom of the dough and fill it with cream or cream. Preparation of the cream: Beat the 3 egg whites with 15 dkg of sugar over hot water to a hard foam and set aside. Then mix 6 dkg of flour with 2 knives of vanilla sugar, 3 egg yolks and 1.5 dl of milk so that it is smooth. add the remaining milk and cook it thickly, stirring it over hot water with a whisk, then remove the already prepared foam little by little from the heat.
