I think that’s a good question because pomegranate isn’t exactly an ordinary fruit, and it really doesn’t matter how we consume it in order to waste it as little as possible. Many would cut it in half right away, as I did, even though you only have to cut the top under the so-called crown. If you take off the small severed cap, 5-6 thin membranes will be visible along which to cut the pomegranate peel. Be careful not to cut into the fruit. After this, we can break the fruit along the cuts over a bowl of water, and then we can easily crush the seeds from the membranes under the water. The membranes and the peel of the apple come up on top of the water, which can be easily removed with a filter. Then pour the water off the seeds and you can already consume them. :)
