We feel the wind , but why can't we see it with the naked eye ?

Electromagnetic spectrum of light from 600 nanometers to 400 nanometers is required to see something through human eyes. But when light falls on the air, only 1 nanometer of electromagnetic spectrum reflects light so we cannot see.
