Sew a Soccer Ball
You can get custom-built sewing machine direct from sewing machine manufacturers, if you plan to mass produce soccer balls. You can get in touch with these people through the Internet or if you visit one of the manufacturer’s branches. Custom sewing equipment is quite pricey, which is why you can simply visit a shop that does the sewing for you. As for the waterproofed leather, you can simply order it from a leather manufacturer.

Materials Used:
waterproofed leather (27 inches)
rubber lining (27 inches)
foot pump
high-powered sewing equipment
paint (black and white)
pump pin
pressure gauge
To start the creation of your soccer ball, get the sheet of waterproofed leather and rubber lining then set them on the sewing machine. Sew the rubber lining into the form of a ball. Once done, lay the leather on the rubber lining and stitch the two together in accordance to a soccer ball’s standard pattern (20 hexagons and 12 pentagons). Make sure that you leave a pin-sized insertion point through the rubber lining and waterproofed leather so that the ball can be easily inflated and deflated.
To inflate your ball, assemble the pump and pump pin together, and then insert the pin through the ball’s insertion point. Pump air into the ball with the use of a foot pump. Continue pumping until the ball is hard. You can now check the amount of air pressure inside the ball with a pressure gauge. When the gauge reads 10.5, you can proceed to the next stage of the creation process.
The final stage is to give your soccer ball a paint job. Ready your cans of paint and observe the pattern of your soccer ball. Paint the 20 hexagons with white paint and the 12 pentagons with black paint. Once done, wait for the paint to dry and you can start playing with your new soccer ball.
At this point, you can show your self-made soccer ball to your fellow soccer fans. Tell them that the Earth is indeed a soccer ball and its greatest occupants are those who can make their own soccer balls.
