What is CTS / TRS cable ?

1 Answer

Answer :

The full name of CTS is Cab Tire Sheathed and the full name of TRS is Tough Rubber Sheathed . Tin coated copper or aluminum wire is covered with VIR insulation with a protective, impervious and hard rubber coating. This coating is called 'cab tire shithed' because of the hardness of the tires. And the outer cover is called hard rubber = 'Tough rubber sheathed'. This cable is usually made using 250/400 voltage.
