Answer :

There is no way to add images directly to Google search. However, Google indexes the images from various websites. And the text that is in the form of caption of the image and img alt text , Google considers them as the keyword for that image. In other words, if you search with the words of the caption or alternative text, the Google search engine shows the image related to it. So if you want to upload your picture to Google, you have to do it on any other web site. Maybe a web site like our How.com or LinkedIn , or Blogger's account has added pictures as your profile picture. Now, if Google thinks that it will index your image on the activity of that account , it can.
