Browsing comes from the word Browse . Read the book here and there to enjoy the lexical meaning of the word browse. But the word Browse on a computer means looking for something from a list. Browsing on the Internet means navigating from one web page to another. Web browsing through the Internet allows you to view web pages stored on servers around the world and collect information. Various softwares are used for this purpose. Among them Netscape Communicator , Internet Explorer etc. are more common.
