Computer language is created in binary number system. Only 2 digits (0 , 1) are used in binary number system. No number system other than binary can be used directly on the computer. To solve the problem, a program is prepared in mechanical language by arranging specifications in binary numbers. Writing programs with only 0's and 1 's is easy. That is why mechanical language is called inferior language.
