No. The sins or crimes of a Muslim which are punished in this world are the expiation for that crime. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) balenah wn badt bn alsamt qal : qal rswl allh whwlh sabt mn ashabh peace be upon him : baywny ly an tsrqwa wla wla la tshrkwa ballh shyya tznwa tqtlwa awladkm wla wla wla tatwa bbhtan tftrwnh byn aydykm warjlkm tswa fy mrwf fmn wfy mnkm fajrh على الله ومن أصاب القا إن أصاب من ذلك شيئا إن أصاب من ذلك شيئا القرآن : إن أصا فبايعناه على ذلك مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِUbadah Ibn Samit (R) said that once a group of Companions sat around the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). He addressed them and said , "Take the pledge in my hand that you will not associate anyone with Allah , you will not steal , you will not commit adultery , you will not kill your own children (due to want)." Do not slander anyone. Sharia will not be disobedient in any matter. Those of you who are able to fulfill these promises have a reward with God. On the other hand, if a person commits a crime other than shirk and is punished for it in this world, then this punishment will be the expiation for the forgiveness of his sins. And if he commits a sin , while Allah covers it (or does not catch him) , for which there is no judgment in this world , then this deed will depend on the dignity of Allah. If He wills, He can forgive or punish him in the Hereafter. The narrator ('Ubadah) said , " We pledged allegiance to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) on these terms." And if a servant seeks evil, he refrains from being punished for his sins in the world. Finally, on the Day of Resurrection, He will give him his full punishment.
