Allah Ta'ala has given some provisions for the guidance of human race! And has set its own boundaries and there is no chance of crossing these boundaries. And whoever transgresses it, they are transgressors. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): And those who fight against you, fight against them in the way of Allaah ; But do not transgress. GOD does not love the transgressors. (Surat al-Baqara: 190) Do not fight against those who do not fight against you. In other words , Muslims will only fight against those disbelievers who will be at war against them. This means that it is permissible to kill women , children , the elderly , apostates , religious monks, priests, etc., as well as those who are blind , lame , crippled , incapacitated or those who work hard under the infidels but do not take part in the war with them. No. For , in the instruction of the verse, there is a command to fight only against those who fight against the Muslims. But none of the mentioned classes joined the war. Killing such a class of people is a transgression. O you who believe! Do not forbid what Allah has made lawful for you, and do not transgress. Surely Allah does not love the transgressors. (Surat al-Ma'ida: 6) A man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Then he said: O Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him! I feel aroused whenever I eat meat. So I have made it haraam for myself to eat meat. That is, Allah Ta'ala has made it lawful to eat the meat of domestic animals. If someone says that it is haraam to eat the meat of domestic animals, then he is a transgressor. Example: Have you seen or seen you run 200 meters? In this game the goal is marked and you have to run outside that goal and come to the designated place. But if someone comes to the designated place through the round mark, he is a transgressor.
