Many studies have shown that smoking increases the age of our skin. A 1970 report in the Annals of Internal Medicine states that smoking causes premature wrinkles on the skin, which are responsible for premature aging and can easily be distinguished between a smoker and a non-smoker. The age of those who smoke is at least 10-20 years longer than that of non-smokers. A similar study on smokers and non-smokers was published in 1995 in the American Journal of Public Health. It shows that people who smoke more than twice a day have wrinkles on their face. Even in the case of women, the impression of this wrinkle is much more. As a result, age is much higher at a very young age.
