If we look at the seven colors of the spectrum , we will see that light with a wavelength longer than red cannot be seen by our eyes. Again , light with a wavelength less than blue light cannot be seen by our eyes. Note that among the seven colors, red and blue are the two edges and the position of the green light as the wavelength. This is why the wavelength of green light is most suitable for the eyes and is an eye rest.
