My co-workers and I have evidence against our ex employer of defimation by berading a co-worker  and calling him a "f*got", assault on the same coworker, and stealing from our checks and telling us it was too withold taxes even tho he filed us as 1099, all while mentally abusing and manipulating us. What if any lawsuits could we file against him and what payout could we expect to recieve? Considering taking the first steps towards a lawsuit this monday.
