Alhamdulillah. One: Trade insurance is included in the haram agreement. All the methods of this insurance are haram. It is not permissible for anyone to have such insurance ; Unless one is completely helpless ; Such as being a victim of coercion. Two: The fact that it is haram to insure does not mean that it is haram to take its due rights from the insurance company ; If the insurance company is responsible for paying compensation on behalf of the person who caused the accident.
