before doing anything rake up the dead leaves and bag & trash.  use a fungicide...read the label carefully, spray on a day after the sun passes and when it is not windy, wear old long clothes, gloves, mask goggles and hat, keep children and pets away from wet area until this is dry.  read the label to see when you need to apply again....
