Answer :

you need to use Sevin on your tree....read the directions.  Not knowing how tall it is you are going to need a sprayer that will reach the top.  wear long clothes, goggles and facemask.  Keep children & pets away until it is dry.  In the fall when the leaves are off, use dorment oil.  read the directions carefully.
