Answer :

I am goiong through the same thing with my shade garden.  I was told by our state master gardner to spray with a product containing neen.  I sprayed 10 days ago and I already see improvment. after first treatment.  I will apply 2nd treatment tonight at dusk as directed to be most effective.   This also helps with spiders, grass hoppers and a wide variety of other insects.
