I had the same problem a few years ago Its Blossom Rot Caused by wet Conditions try to keep the garden area a little bit dryer and or a consistant wetness I kept mine a little on the dryer side and all future  tomatoes where fine :) The tomatoes with the blossom Rot are edible just cut the bottom off Good Luck
