I would cut off those tomatoes......right into a waiting plastic trash bag and get rid of them tie them up tight..............mix up 2 tablespoons non alcohol liquid soap w 1 qt water and spray the whole plant...................do it again if you see anything.....even around the ground..............spray again after it rains.
