I only use dormant oil fall, spring into bud.........once bud opens then I only spray the trunk.......................only thing right now that is safe to use around bees is soapy water. After the sun passes over and the tree is cooled off.........mix up 2 tablespoon dawn & 1 qt water and spray..........
