Lung infection, or as my doctor called it "a mild pneumonia". Got a shortness of breath walking to my car, ended up clutching my chest and having to sit down next to my car before I could even get the door open because it was becoming impossible to take a breath and I got sent into a panic. I sat on the ground trying to relax and breathe, but it was just so difficult, like every 3-5 seconds someone kept adding weight onto my chest. Idk what happened, like idk how much time passed or anything, I just remember that eventually I just started breathing normally again but I was pale af and was sweating all over. But for however long that episode lasted, it truly felt like I was going to suffocate in that parking lot at 10pm. It was the most fearful moment for me because it felt like that was goona be it for me, and I had no explanation why (at the time). I was walking one second, the next I can't breathe. It was like taking a stray bullet, you're walking and suddenly next thing you know you're on death's door.
