answer:Is your HD (harddrive) almost full? It could be a lack of memory space problem. You could also try defragmenting the computer. Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragmenter. Once you answer my Qs, I might be able to help more. Do you have any anti-virus program? If so, which? And is it updated? Did you try scanning your computer with it?
